At Ornaments by Elves, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please contact us within 3 days of the original purchase date, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Please note: We do not accept returns for personalized items with misspellings unless the error was made on our end.
We reserve the right to limit returns on large-quantity orders or seasonal closeouts. To maintain a high-quality shopping experience, we may limit or suspend our return/refund policy in cases of excessive use, abuse, or suspected fraud.
Additionally, Ornaments by Elves is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
